Wholistic Yoga Sessions with Anita – Beginners Yoga

Tuesdays  4:30pm – 6pm 
$20

A beginners yoga class incorporating The 8 Limbs of Yoga into a wholistic
practice that includes asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation.


Mats are available. Please bring a blanket for use as a prop and to keep
warm during relaxation and meditation when the weather is cold.
