Wholistic Yoga Sessions with Anita – Beginners Yoga

A beginners yoga class incorporating The 8 Limbs of Yoga into a wholistic
practice that includes asanapranayama, relaxation and meditation.


Mats are available. Please bring a blanket for use as a prop and to keep
warm during relaxation and meditation when the weather is cold.

Focusing on staying strong and flexible as we age, if we injure ourselves, or are living with a disability, we explore asanapranayama and relaxation
in a chair.


Chairs are provided.
